Yele Dr. Olayele Adelakun

Olayele Adelakun is an Assistant Professor of MIS at DePaul University's School of Computing and Digital Media. His research focuses on IT Outsourcing, ERP systems implementation, and Information systems quality and Evaluation. He has conducted case studies in both medium size companies and multinational companies in Finland and the United States. He was the chairman of the 2001 and 2002 IT outsourcing conference and the moderator of the 2003 offshore outsourcing panel discussion at DePaul University. He started the study abroad program at CDM in 1993. He has been published in over thirty articles, books and journals. He holds an M.S. in Information Processing Science from University of Oulu, Oulu, Finland and Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration, Turku, Finland.



Yele Adrian Camacho

Adrian Camacho is a junior at DePaul University studying Information Technology. He holds an internship at Exelon Corporation as an IT intern and is pursuing the A+ certification. He loves to play soccer and enjoys new technology. The study abroad trip gave Adrian a better understanding of how IT is being taught outside the United States, and also motivated him to pursue his own startup company. Adrian hopes to travel back to Rio de Janeiro with his family and friends for the World Cup in 2014. His favorite thing about Brazil was how relaxed everyone always is, the beautiful views, and the amazing food.





Yele Alberto DiMichele

Alberto Di Michele is a graduate student at DePaul University studying Information Systems with a concentration in Business Web Analysis & Development. After studying computer science and engineering as an undergraduate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Alberto interned and worked at several Chicago area start-up companies before attending graduate school full-time. Alberto plans to use his experiences from Brazil (also Italy, France, and Canada) to start a career in product/business development while focusing on the technology start-up industry. He hopes to receive his MBA after completing his MS at DePaul.










Yele Evan Hannan

Evan is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a concentration in South American Development. Her main focus during her time in Brazil was to study and analyze the effects of Brazil’s transition into the industrialized global economy, and how this has affected the development of the country’s society as a whole. Evan’s time spent in Brazil will continue to contribute to her work as an INT student. By studying Brazil’s economic and social development through a global perspective, Evan will be able to continually call on her experiences in Brazil for future work. She hopes to one day earn her master’s degree in International Studies and fulfill her responsibilities as a global community supporter by working for an NGO.












Yele Delaney Kash

Delaney is in her third year of undergrad at DePaul University. She is studying Communications and Media with a minor in Hospitality. Delaney has always had the urge to travel and learn about new cultures. She chose this study abroad program because it allowed her to see new perspectives and learn more about the booming IT industry. In her free time, Delaney loves to be outdoors and spend time with her dogs.











Yele Oliva Hutsler

Olivia Hutsler is a sophomore at DePaul University studying Real Estate and International Studies. She has completed three short-term study abroad programs and will be attending another study abroad program in winter 2013. She loves to travel and learn about different cultures, while exploring the international business side of all countries. Specifically, this program to Salvador, Brazil and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil taught her how all countries are at a different pace with technology and their education consists of different technological programs. Olivia hopes to revisit Brazil as soon as possible since it was an amazing adventure and one of the most expendable trips she has ever attended.










Yele Marie Stumbo

Marie Stumbo is a junior studying Computer Graphics and Motion Technology at DePaul University. For the past two years, she has been involved with research with ePaul’s American Sign Language project and is helping to build an automatic English to ASL translator. Her work to date has focused on avatar design and optimization.










Yele Laura Washington

Laura is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction and, after graduation, is planning on starting a career focusing on User Experience. In Brazil, Laura's research contribution was to identify the influence of macroeconomic conditions on IT clusters and investment. The opportunity to study in Brazil has been both personally enriching and academically rewarding for Laura.










Yele Dabney Lyles

Dabney Lyles is a graduate student in Computer Information Systems at DePaul University. After graduation she will work as a journalist. Dabney enjoys reporting on local business issues, micro-economies, and local government. She is skilled in data analysis, data visualization, analytic writing, and graphic arts. Three facts about Dabney: she earned a Bachelors degree in Philosophy at Stanford, served in AmeriCorps, and worked for a nonprofit in Yemen for a year. Yele Larry Lulich

Larry is currently a junior at DePaul University (College of Computing and Digital Media) pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Network Technologies, with a concentration in Network Security. The study abroad experience gave Larry a better understanding of how companies handle their IT departments in a different country. Additionally, as he hopes to find a career in the IT field that will allow him to travel globally, this trip was a excellent stepping stone to achieving this career goal.










Yele Kenny Harris

Kenneth is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at DePaul’s College of Computing and Digital Media. In addition he is in the process of attaining his CompTIA and Network + certifications. His experiences in diverse work environments have assisted him in honing a versatile set of skills. His intent is to seamlessly integrate these skills into the technology industry and become the change he wants to see in the world. In addition, he loves life and wants to make his parents and future children proud.






Yele Luke Gorski

Luke is currently concluding his junior year at DePaul University. He is a passionate marketing student with a great interest in consulting startups in pre and post-launch marketing efforts. Internships at Santana Equipment Trading, Maritz Research, and SimpleRelevance have contributed to a solid foundation in sales, marketing research, and business management. Studying in Salvador and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, provided a fantastic opportunity to understand the startup and SMB environment in Bahia, Salvador. Upon graduating in June of 2014, Luke plans to consult startups in the U.S., Brazil, and Chile. Among other things, he enjoys studying successful entrepreneurs, cooking healthy meals, and mountain biking.
