We are presenting this research work with the intention of analyzing Guatemala’s ‘Readiness for the Network World’, and to provide recommendations on how to advance in its journey to improve readiness.

According to the ‘Readiness for the Network World, A Guide for Developing Countries’, which we have used as our own guide to delimit this work, ‘This guide is an instrument that systemically organizes the assessment of numerous factors that determine the Network Readiness of a community in the developing world’.
