Network Learning
  • Educate the majority of the population in poverty levels to fight the high illiteracy rate

  • One proposed solution is in providing “Free” Internet as the unequal distribution of wealth provides access to internet only to a few privileged.

  • To improve its learning infrastructure

Network Economy

  • Business and Government agencies should offer better salaries to the ICT work force. This would not only help the company/government agency to retain qualified ICT personnel and improve their business but will discourage ICT work force from moving out of the country.

  • Companies and Government agencies that still don’t offer on-line retail services (the majority) should start doing so and the ones that are already offering this service should encourage their customers to use them. During our research we found that a lot of large companies are moving into B2C Electronic Commerce but most of them offer only good information most purchases are done in person.

  • The government should subsidize or offer loans to the small and medium companies that are still not economically ready to implement computer systems not to mention moving on-line.

  • Companies should move away from paper transactions.
