As I look back on our trip I am truly thankful for the experience and I often think of the many things we were treated to while visiting. I reminisce of the outrageous portions of Picanha served at the steak houses, and the taste of a real Capiranha and Guarana soda. It took us almost three days to get there but in the end it was well worth the journey. From the hustle and bustle of Rio de Janeiro, the coal mines and tile factories of Criciuma, to the beeches and laid back atmosphere of Florianopolis, this will be an adventure I will never forget.
