IT Outsourcing Conference
Now, more than ever, businesses are relying on one another to play significant roles in their success. Many organizations are turning to outsourcing for survival and stability (see The Essence of Survival). Outsourcing of technology, non-core business processes, and electronic commerce interactions are very common today. IT outsourcing is a complex relationship between partners who trust each other to play a vital role in achieving their joint success. Unfortunately, many organizations do not have a clear picture of how to structure their outsourcing relationships.
The objective of this discussion is to bring together a distinguished group of panelists who are recognized for advancing outsourcing as a critical management tool in today’s business environment. The panel discussion would provide both the academic and the business community with up-to-date information about how to go about outsourcing, what can be outsourced, when to outsource, how to structure the outsourcing alliance, selection process, etc.

Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle  or it will starve to death.
It doesn't matter whether you a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you'd better be running.
