Imporant notes: You may bring one sheet of paper to the exam and on both
sides of each sheet you can write whatever you like. You may wish to include some
example Javascript code segments to remind you on how to use various constructs
such as loops, conditional statements, functions, etc. You may not use
a calculator or other computing devices during the exam;
