School Access to Information and Communication Technologies (Stage 3)
In 1999, the technology occupied a place in Jordan, schools, universities, organizations and even homes. They start using computer and it seems proximally 70 % Jordanian have computers at there homes, never the less its little bit old because of the economic life in Jordan.

Computers tend to be older generation models, such as PII PCs or higher, and comes with basic hardware such as CD-ROM and low in memory, it was not developed well same as now a days. And they may be networked with a file and mail server. There may be an internal Local Area Network (LAN) in place. If there are multiple computer labs, they may be connected through the school or even universities labs.

But at this time most of Jordanian people received training and e-mail addresses, the national data centre introduce many information to the people and who has who has invention can introduce his invention and get approved and acceptance for it
The computer resources in Jordan become various and increase with time passed, the government is the first responsible of education and provide IT in extensive range, then the private sector has its own place, where it consist to two parts software and hardware.

Internet also become increase in a very short time where ADSL service become available not just in companies but also in homes and internet through mobile, satellite available in Jordan and any one can request for the service that he want.

Enhancing Education with ICTs (Stage 3)
A highly educated population is one of Jordan’s most impressive characteristics. The 89 percent literacy rate and 70 percent enrolment in secondary education attest to this fact. We have around 20 universities in Jordan public also some other international university such as New York Institute of Technology and DePaul University, here we can touch the contribution in education between Jordan and other countries to develop the education and have a unique educated student.

Assisting the GOJ with its Education Reform for the Knowledge Economy (ERfKE) initiative, USAID is embarking on a new initiative to improve the quality and availability of education in Jordan focusing on two main areas. (1).

1.Support legislative strengthening, through training parliamentarians to enhance their skills in the areas of law-making, budget review, and monitoring of public expenditures. Improving legislative research capacity, enhancing public access to and participation in the legislative process, and enhancing public visibility and credibility of the legislature are also part of this effort.
2.Support improved rule of law and justice sector reform to increase the effectiveness and independence of the judiciary. This will include judicial training, improving the transparency of the justice sector, supporting the modernization of Jordan’s court system and case management, and promoting a more competitive judicial environment.

Teachers and student are never stopping using the computer and internet, education has been moved to be more advance and computerize the information. Depending on the technology become essential in Jordan in the schools, college and universities. So every student should has his own PC to work on it “Student become using the internet to submit there home work”. The Ministry of Education began reforming the educational sector in the early 1990s. This process was then accelerated when His Majesty King Abdullah II, in early 2001, called for the “remodeling” of the education system as a critical step for Jordan to realize its vision of becoming a regional information technology (IT) hub and fully enter into the global economy.

Further, Jordan’s educational system provides only limited access to early childhood education (ECE), and the current system of pre-service and in-service training, necessary for improving and standardizing teaching methods and sector-specific expertise, does not fully meet the challenges of preparing students for the modern work place.

Developing the ICT Workforce (Stage 3)
The education system, under Jordan Vision will have the primary responsibility for providing the means for the population to acquire the necessary skills to cope successfully in an increasingly competitive global economy. Science Resource centers have been established in every area. These centers have allowed both student and working adults to modernize their computer skills. Increasing productivity through computer systems in the court system has reduced time to judgment. Court reporters receive training on stenograph machines, scanner and other software to allow them to be able to immediately translate recordings to text and also translate languages to Arabic.

a lot of money is spent for training them but the benefit does not come same as expected because of employers leaving Jordan to improve there life economy. The private sector, therefore, also receives a lot of pressure to play a greater role in funding education.

Education continuity centre in Alyarmouk University also play an important role for developing and continuity of tanning, where it bring the modern technology and provided it to the people as courses in order to develop there field and build basics for who does not has for whom could not complete his bachelor degree. So it gives a very big chance and decreases the gaps between educated people and non-educated people.

The way to help make Jordan become a place where skilled computer works can thrive is to develop the economy in Jordan. Since the economy the main major that can any country depend on. And decrease the number of engineer leaving Jordan by finding a chance of job and support there invention.
