CSC 594 Topics in AI: Applied Natural Language
Processing
Fall 2009/2010
Final Report -- due on 11/29 (Sun),
11:59 pm
- Individual paper
- Write a report which summarizes the work you have done for this
class.
- Format specifications:
- 5 page minimum, with description and examples (e.g.
screenshots, snippets of code/data you generated).
- The description part, in total, must take up at least 4
pages. You can include as many examples, however long.
- 1-inch margin all around (top, bottom, left, right).
- Font size <= 12 for the body. Any size for others,
e.g. title, name, section headers.
- Single-spaced.
- You may add references/bibliography (e.g. papers you read,
resources and tools you found).
- Content specifications:
- Start the body of the paper with an "Introduction"
section, where you describe the overview and goals of the
project.
- Next, describe the tasks you did in a chronological order.
Organize them in sections (or subsections).
- Next, write a "Future Work" section, where you
describe what you think would be the next steps in the project.
- Finally you end the paper with a section "What I learned
in the Project", where you describe/list the things you
learned through the project (e.g. knowledge, skills), and your
reflections on the project or the tasks you did (e.g. what you
had wanted to do, how you wish you had done (differently)).
