In 2006 I started a company known as WebSalesWiz.com which both built websites for companies and also did the development of overall web marketing plans for these websites. I also did the Search Engine Optimization for them.
Beginning with a return to teaching at De Paul University in 2010 I developed all online courses in Information Technology and Human Computer Interaction.
In the late 1990's and early 2000's I did two types of consulting in online learning. First, I did workshops for institutional planning and development of online learning, notably for the College of the Bahamas which was developing online programs for the outlying islands in the group. I held workshops for adminstrators developing the planning concepts for institutional impact of online learning, analyzing personnel re-training and budgetary outlay. I also did workshops for faculty introducing them to Course Management Software and working with them to redsign course content to fit online presentation. During this period I also developed online training materials for not-for-proft organisations.
During the 1990's I formed a company known as Allemand Associates in Chicago which did several information systems analyses and requirement specifications for small and medium sized businesses. These were complete enterprise-wide analyses and in one or two cases were for their first comprehensive enterprise-wide computerized IT system
