Prior to joining A.T.Kearney, John was the Chief Enterprise Technologist at global marketing firm True North Communications and held multiple technical and management positions at international media conglomerate, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.

Before joining Sears Holdings and MetaScale, Justin worked at Deloitte Consulting leading transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies. Ram Narain

Ram has over 20 years’ experience in executing Portfolio and Program management frameworks across various industry verticals. His expertise includes: establishment of effective governance processes, supplier management, Portfolio/Project Lifecycle frameworks, continuous improvement of operational processes and building IT Business Offices from ground up. In his current role, Ram is responsible for implementing the IT Business Office strategy for Aon’s Risk & Reinsurance business unit . Prior to joining Aon, Ram was a senior program executive at IBM Global Services where he drove the implementation of complex program frameworks and capability maturity models for Fortune 500 client application portfolios. He has also successfully managed large complex technology programs for IBM’s Strategic Outsourcing clients. He holds a bachelor’s/master’s degree in chemical engineering, master’s degree in management from Northwestern University. He is a PMI Certified & IBM Certified Executive Program Manager.

Prof. Olayele Adelakun

  Olayele Adelakun is an Associate professor of MIS at DePaul University Chicago, Illinois, School of Computer Science, Telecommunication and Information Systems (CTI). His research focuses on IT Outsourcing, ERP systems implementation, and Information systems quality and Evaluation. He has conducted case studies in both medium size companies and multinational companies in Finland and the United States. He has published over thirty articles in conferences, books and journals. He holds an M.S. in Information Processing Science from University of Oulu, Oulu, Finland and Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration, Turku, Finland      
 

Norma Sutcliffe

Prof. Norma Sutcliffe

    Dr. Norma Sutcliffe comes to DePaul from Marquette University where she has served as assistant professor since 1997. With extensive experience in industry, Dr. Sutcliffe has been a consultant for many Fortune 500 firms in evaluating IT needs, IT implementations, and IT strategies. Dr. Sutcliffe has worked as systems developer on mainframe and client/server systems as well. She was a founder and partner of The Alden Group, an information systems consulting firm specializing in applying technology to human resources issues. Her research interests include the impacts of information technology on individual behavior in organizational settings, leadership of IT efforts, the impact of trust on IT development efforts, the changing IT skills dynamics, and IT project management . She has recently published a paper in Information & Management on the impact of leadership behavior on business reengineering projects. She is currently serving as a mini-track chair for the AMCIS conference on IT skills      
               
 

Prof. Makoto Nakayama

CDM, DePaul University

  Makoto holds a Ph.D. from University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from University of Texas at Austin. Prior to moving into academe, he served as a software engineer on operating systems, a corporate business planning staff member focusing on technologies, and a product marketing manager on NetWare products. His research interests include IT use in marketing channels, IT skills portfolio management, and IS curriculum development. His papers appeared in Information & Management, Journal of Information Technology, and proceedings of national conferences
