Use these three "reports" - a sign on the wall listing all the doctors in the office, a page from the appointment book, and a patient record - to build a complete ER Diagram of the data entities important to the office. For each entity, show the relationships it has, show its keys, and show the attributes you can derive from the information given. State any reasonable assumptions you have to make.
