  • Create a work breakdown structure for a non-information systems activity, e.g., going on a date, vacation, wedding, etc. Describe the initiation, planning, execution, and close down activities. Include any precedence relationships and time durations for each activity. (You should have at least 8 tasks.) Additionally, construct Gantt and PERT (Network) charts for these activities using MS Project.
