I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. My family is from Guatemala, Central America. I am fluent in both American English and Spanish languages.  Thanks to DePaul’s Study abroad program, I now have working knowledge of Portuguese.  I have developed a personal goal to become fluent in Portuguese.  I am full-time working professional at Continental National American C.N.A. Financial Corporation.  Enrolled in a Master of Science in Business  Information and Technology graduate degree at DePaul University and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago UIC.

I am an alumni member of Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity at XI (UIC) Chapter.  I enjoy traveling for both business and pleasure.  I aspire to work in an environment where I can support company goals by working as a liaison between the business and information technology sectors.  I relish discovering business solutions by utilizing innovative technological methods.  A personal goal is to visit the Seven Wonders of the World.  Through my visit to Brazil, I gained insight into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats Brazil faces regarding its rising technological market.  I also learned that the people of Brazil take much pride in what they do and create.  Given the state of the global IT market and both Brazil’s IT clusters and growing infrastructure, I believe Brazil will go on to be a primary outsourcing destination for global companies.
