Located in the city of Curitiba , state of Parana , its business focus/competencies includes the following: Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Advanced Infrastructure Solutions, and Data Management Solutions. They have the ability to manipulate resources to “quickly render its services to any company within its scope of operations.” Moreover, their clients are priority –focusing in “in-depth” solution for efficient business management. There clients range from major Brazilian organization from “Masisa” to “Embraco.” They have over 1000 Enterprise Business, 50-1000 Mid-market Business, and 1-49 Small Business employees for a wide-range of support.

Pelissari Consultoria has a wide variety of solutions providing specific developments for their prospective clients. These solutions are as follows: SAP/R3 Projects, SAP HR, Upgrade, Basis and IT Infrastructure, Development and Technology, Technical Support, and Help Desk. Company Visit

The company acquainted the DePaul students and staff by elaborating a small introductions and a tour of their help desk department. Due to large group of students including staff, the Company used a Hotel, which was two buildings down, with a conference room as a way of presenting their organization. The room was neatly organized with tables surrounding the presenters and a projector, which was used to present their PowerPoint slides. The presenters stayed quite professional during the transportation and leading the group into the conference room.

The initial presentation involves introducing the presenters and DePaul students as well as staff members. With the variety of fields each student possesses from Software Engineering to Network and Telecommunications, the presenters was quite impressed.

The Pelissari presenter started an introduction of their company and how they utilize the business management tools such as SAP. From the description of their company, they rely on the usage of SAP development and provide them to their clients. The whole presentation was discussed by elaborating SAP and its capabilities that makes the Company's solutions. They emphasized five steps of how to ‘tackle' a certain project.

The procedures mentioned above are the steps Pellissari's approach on ‘tackling' a project. After the presentation, the DePaul students and staff presented the Manager with a gift specifically made by DePaul University 's store. All had the chance to meet the presenters personally and exchange business cards.
