During our visit we were able to meet with several of the companies operating at Blusoft. This type of incubator style of operation allows small companies to grow and succeed by have the support and protection of an established parent entity. One thing that was interesting to discover is that the staff that supports the members of Blusoft are volunteers, including the executives.
