Specifications for Webpages

• Each page should have a heading (h1 or h2 tag) that serves as a caption or title for the page.
   
• Include a title specified by <title> and </title> tags in the head of the page. The text in the title is usually the same or a shortened version of the text in the heading.
   
• Include a link to an external CSS style page. The link tag should be in the head section of the page.
