- An observational study was conducted to consider whether there was
any gender bias in graduate school admissions at Berkeley University.
 
- Overall, 8,442 men applied and 4,321 women applied.  44% of the men
were accepted, but only 35% of the women.  Is the charge of gender bias justified?
