Title: Comparing Mass Spectra

Abstract: The comparison of mass spectra is essential to many areas of research, including bioinformatics. These comparisons are made difficult due to sample contamination and differences in equipment. Spectral Comparison addresses this problem by comparing mass spectra, and is able to compare spectra that have been obtained from multiple mass spectrometers with different mass accuracies, as well as spectra where the peaks are not perfectly aligned.
