Cluster search aims to find the best cluster(s) and thence the best document(s) (in them).

In the case of low-level centroids, the object is to find the best of those. This process can be aided through use of an IF on the LLC's.

In the case of hierarchical clustering, one can proceed top-down, picking at each level the cluster(s) most similar to the query.
