The talks will be held in room 8005 of DePaul Center. The address of DePaul Center is 1 E. Jackson, which is the southeast corner of State and Jackson. When you enter the building, find the bank of elevators immediately adjacent to the security desk. From the elevator, exit at the 8th floor and, upon leaving the elevator lobby, turn right and follow the hall (it turns a corner to the right) to the first set of doors on your left. Enter and walk straight back and then left. You will be outside room 8005.
If you're riding on the Red line (subway), get off at the Jackson Street station and leave by the Jackson Street exit on the east side of State Street.
If you're riding on the Brown or Orange lines (the el), get off at the Adams Street station, which is at Adams and Wabash. Walk a block south on Wabash to Jackson. Walk a block west on Jackson to DePaul Center.
If you're riding on the Blue line (subway), get off at the Jackson Street station and leave by the Jackson Street exit. Walk one block east to State Street.
From the north or northwest: If you are coming from the north on I-94 (the Edens expressway) or from the northwest on I-90 (the Kennedy expressway): Take the exit for eastbound I-290 (the Eisenhower expressway). There is a single, two-lane exit for the Eisenhower. Because you want to go east on the Eisenhower, stay in the left lane of this exit. You will know you're going the right way if you see the post office looming over the expressway before you. Continue with the directions on coming from the west.
From the south: If you are coming from the south on I-90/94 (the Dan Ryan expressway): Take the exit for I-290 (the Eisenhower expressway). There is a single, two-lane exit for the Eisenhower. You want to go east on the Eisenhower so stay in the right lane. You will know you're going the right way if you see the post office looming over the expressway before you. Continue with the directions on coming from the west.
From the west: If you are coming from the west on I-290 (the Eisenhower expressway): Simply drive until you see the post office looming over the expressway before you. When you pass under the post office, the Eisenhower becomes the Congress Parkway and you'll start hitting traffic lights. Continue straight. Eventually, you'll pass underneath the El at Wabash. One block further is Michigan Avenue. At the next traffic light after Michigan Avenue, take a left. You'll be on a semi-circular drive called Congress Plaza Drive that bends back towards Michigan Avenue. Stay to the right and just before you return to Michigan Avenue, you will see an entrance to the Grant Park South Garage.
Once you park, you will walk up to street level at Jackson and Michigan Avenue. Cross Jackson so that you are on its south side. Walk west on Jackson two blocks to DePaul Center.
