- Discuss Final Exam
The final exam is a closed-book, closed-note individual-effort exam. It is worth 60 points (30% of total points). The exam will be written to last less than 1.5 hours, by you may take up to 3 hours to complete it.
The exam covers concepts from the entire quarter. The format will be similar to that of the midterm quiz (multiple-choice, short answer, extended answer). The emphasis is on conceptual understanding of concepts. You will not be required to write code, although you might be expected to explain some code. The online notes make for an excellent study guide.
A completed participation evaluation form will be due at the time of the exam. This form (Word version) was presented at the beginning of the quarter. A blank form will be included with the final exam. Alternatively, you can complete the form in advance and submit it with the final exam.
