Summarizing Timing Results

Due Tuesday October 28 at class time

Report

Create a report that summarizes the results of the times you collected in class for your information structures. The report should include the following:

• Descriptive statistics of the collected times.
• Confidence intervals for the averaged total times of both structures.
• A t-test comparing the two structures.
• Any appropriate conclusions
• A reason why the results might generalize to a hierarchically organized page
• A reason why the results might not generalize to a hierarchically organized page

Submission

Before class time of the due time, have your report printed out and ready to turn in.

Be prepared to discuss your results in class.
