Prioritizing Findings

Here are some considerations for choosing which findings you should highlight in a report or presentation:

• Impact --- finding has major consequences on the utility, desirability or usability of the product
• Feasibility --- likelihood that designers and developers can use the finding in a product
• Reliability --- how confident are you of the result?
• Is the finding not obvious? What does the audience already know?
