Debriefing for the usability test
Serves two purposes
- Informal opportunity to learn what happened and why
- Answers questions the participant may have
Ideas for running the debriefing
- May be informal and unscripted (why?)
- The test monitor moderates
- May want to remind the participant of certain points in the
interaction by referring back to parts of the interface
- Working out solutions may be distracting and unnecessary
