- The presentation quality (e.g. writing, editing, formatting) of the summary statement.
- How well the summary statement communicates whether the project is on schedule.
- The extent to which the project is on schedule (i.e. the first milestone is met) or has completed comparable work.
- Substance of the deliverables. The second milestone should include either substantive empirical findings or revised designs.
- The overall quality and professionalism of the deliverables.

The second milestone should include all deliverables that were specified in the proposal for the second milestone. In addition, turn in a statement (up to 1 page in length) that summarizes the deliverables and explains how they meet the expectations for the second milestone. When reviewing milestone reports, I will consider:
