There was only one MIDI track to record - the piano performance. I recorded this MIDI track into a stereo audio track using my Yamaha P-250. This sounded pretty good to me as is, so I just added some equalization to emphasize the bass, which was lacking, and also to eliminate some high-frequency noise. I also added compression to bring the overall levels up for the listener. This results in a better performance, to my ears, though perhaps a bit dark and heavy on the low frequencies. What do you think?
